Step 2: Initial Chat

Step 3: Skills Assessment
Next, you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery with two comprehensive tests from the Predictive Index (PI), taking no more than 20 minutes of your time. The first test uncovers your work dynamics and interpersonal skills, while the second delves into your preferred learning styles. It’s a crucial step to ensure you’ll flourish with us.
