PRIOR TO PURCHASING

Platinum or ChiroTouch users will need a server computer to install SKED on.

Because Genesis is a cloud-based solution, there is no need for a server computer.

  • This means any computer (Mac or Windows) with an internet connection can be used to log-in and manage your SKED.

Offices that want to use the barcode feature will need a barcode scanner compatible with mobile barcodes.

  • We can recommend a few if you don’t have one.

Once SKED is installed on your server computer, it will never need to be installed anywhere else again.

Nope! We are confident that you will love using SKED and do not feel the need to lock you in.

No, there is no limit to the number of messages your office chooses to send.

There is an initial setup fee and then a monthly recurring fee. Please visit the pricing page on our website to learn more.

SKED will cut down on the amount of time your office spends rescheduling appointments when practice members have something come up during their scheduled appointment. It will give you more time to focus on the practice members that come into your office helping to build rapport with each and every one of them. This is also a benefit to your practice members as we all know we are unable to know when the unexpected will arise which allows them to open up the app and reschedule an appointment if something comes up.

Head over to the Pricing Page to get signed up. You will then need to schedule an installation date and order scanners if your office chooses to use this feature.

AFTER PURCHASING

Yes, you will use the office hours portion of the admin and only the times that your office is available will be shown through the app.
As long as the practice members are in your EHR system, you are able to send out messages to them.
Yes, you are able to send this type of message to practice members that have not been in your office in 3-12 months, however, you have to send this as a one time message and select the specific names of the PMs you would like it to go out to. There is no code in SKED for PMs that haven’t been into the office in quite some time, SKED is unable to automatically generate a list of whom this message should be sent out to.
You will set-up a call with one of our SKED Support Team members and they will install SKED for you on your server computer remotely. During this you will also receive time to go over the setup of your SKED Admin and they will be able to answer any question you may have.
You are in full control of what your practice members can and can’t see in the app as well as what they can do through the app when it comes to scheduling, canceling, or rescheduling appointments. You can turn these features on and off as your office chooses.
