How to Notify Patients of an Office Closing

If your office is going to be closed on a day you are normally open, whether it’s due to weather or an office event, you can notify your patients ahead of time so that they can reschedule their appointments.

Go to your Inbox in your SKED Admin and under the Templates section select the Office Closing message.  Next, you’ll select to send the message out based on appointment type and select all the appointment types that are scheduled on that day. Then set the date range to be when your office will be closed.  The last step is to adjust the wording of your message to ask your patients to reschedule their appointment through the app or call your office.
